Thurrock Model Flying Club is based at Belhus Park near Aveley.

 

Our current membership of 38 have widely varying piloting skills — from complete novices, both fixed wing and helicopters through to advanced pilots — both in age and ability.

 

The key thing about the club that no matter the skill level you have it is about a passion for radio controlled modeling. Be that the challenge of building a scale model or the pure thrill of getting up in the air with the latest artf offering.

 

That linked with the bonus of a really good excuse to get out of the house and stand around in he fresh air.
