The club is a group of like minded individuals, we are all bound together by a passion for aircraft.

 

But we all get our fix in different ways: for some it’s the thrill of simply flying a model aeroplane.

 

For others it is the challenge of 100’s of hours of work creating that scale model of a famous aircraft.

 

For all of us it is  the pure thrill of flying something that you have put together; no matter your skill level.

 

 

As a club we promote all aspects of the hobby from the principles of flight and “flight challenge” sessions with youth groups and schools through to flying accurate aerobatic schedules in competitions; with everything else in between.

 

What we all enjoy is sharing thoughts and ideas on how we could do that, or overcome this…

 

Everyone contributes to the club, some are instructors, others serve on the committee but as a club we work together to have a good time maintain the flying field and get that latest project off the ground.

 

We all take time and care to share our knowledge with each other or with anyone who comes over the field, without that it’s not a club it’s just somewhere you go to fly.
